Identify the sample with a model, revision and date so later changes are not confused with the approved unit.\n\nCheck the agreed operating functions, charging behavior, controls, visible finish and supplied accessories. Record the conditions used for any performance observation.\n\nReview labels, instructions, artwork, inner packing and carton information separately. Approval of the product does not automatically approve every packaging element.\n\nList accepted items, required changes, open questions and the next approval owner. The bulk order should refer back to this record and the final confirmed specification.
